Poland – A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Memorial Baptist Church, 56 Water Street, (Rt. 616) Poland, Ohio 44514, for Carole S. Richards, 77, who passed away Thursday morning, October 8, 2015.
Carole was born on July 3, 1938 in New Castle, PA, a daughter of Robert and Margaret "Peg" Mayo Lucas.
She lived in the area for 50 years and was the manager at H & R Block for many years. She was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church in Poland, where she was a Sunday school teacher and worked with the youth for many years. Carole loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Carole was a very godly woman and her faith in God was very important to her, as was her love for her husband.
Carole married William Eudoise Richards, II, whom she married September 3, 1955 and he passed away June 21, 2013.
She leaves one son, William Eudoise Richards, III, of Poland; three daughters, Karen E. (Jerry) Stare, Darlene F. (Bob) DiLullo, both of Poland and Peggie R. (Charles) Prytash of Boardman, along with 10 grandchildren, Carrie (Rev. Mark) Wimbish, Candace DiLullo, Ashlie (Jared) Faber, Amber (Steve) Glenn, Courtney DiLullo, CJ Prystash, Christy Stare, JD Stare, Zachary Richards, Nathan Richards and 9 great grandchildren.
