Barbara A. Milowe, 72, of the Renaissance North Health Care, formerly of Youngstown, passed away at the nursing home on Saturday morning, July 6. Barbara was born on September 2, 1940, in Youngstown, a daughter of Frank and Mary V. Ledwon-Tursic. She lived in the area most of her life and graduated from the Youngstown College of Business with a degree in accounting in October 1981. She then worked in the banking industry. Barbara was a member of the Christ Our Savior/ St. Nicholas Church in Struthers. Barbara is survived by her two sons John Milowe of Columbus, OH, and Edward Turner of East Palestine, OH. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.
