CAMPBELL - Arthur S. Hughes, 87, passed away on Sunday afternoon November 13, 2011 at Hospice House in Poland. Arthur was born on February 24, 1924 in Ford City, PA, a son of James and Katherine J. Hinds Hughes. He came to this area in 1950 and worked at the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. before retiring in 1981. He also served in the Army during World War II and Korea as a Corporal. Arthur married Anna M. Wilson on August 27, 1966 and she passed away on November 11, 1998. He leaves one stepson, Paul J. (Theresa) Burgess of Campbell and five grandchildren, Paul (Mauren) Burgess, III of Chicago, Arthur and David Burgess, both of Struthers and Tracey Burgess and Daniel Burgess, both of Campbell. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents and wife. He was the youngest of many brothers and sisters.
