Visitation: Friends may call on Sunday at the funeral home from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

YOUNGSTOWN - Alfred A.(Al) DeRose, Sr.,56, of Youngstown, passed away on Thursday. Al was born April 10, 1957 in Youngstown, a son of James and Judith Kahrer DeRose. He loved his grandchildren, enjoyed shooting pool and loved cars. Al leaves his son Alfred A.(Sheena) DeRose,Jr. of Struthers; one brother James DeRose of Austintown; two sisters, Cindy Beach of South Carolina and Cheryl (Frank Ray) Allen of Austintown; and two grandchildren Donovan and Sofia DeRose. Al also leaves his dear friends, Brenda and Ken Saylor and Ronnie Best, whom he loved like a son, and many nieces and nephews. Al was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents Margaret Steigler and Jaqcob Kahrer and a nephew Bryan Bodine.
