Clara B (Candioto) Helle

New Middletown – Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018, at 1:00 pm at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown for Clara B. Helle, 88, who passed away early Sunday, September 2, at the Masternick Memorial Health Care Center.

Clara was born July 15, 1930, in New Castle, PA, a daughter of George and Sarah Jane Williams Candioto.  She came to New Middletown in 1964 and worked as a sales clerk at Sears where she retired in 1994.  She was member of the Calvary Assembly of God in Bessemer, PA. 

Clara married Russell E. Helle on April 23, 1949, and he passed away November 13, 2010.  She leaves two sons Larry E. (Martha) Helle of Poland and Ronald J. Helle of New Middletown, two sisters Dorothy Marburger of New Castle and Shirley Ann Reynolds of Dallas, GA, six grandchildren Beth (Dan) Catlos, Donald (Bethann) Helle , Miriam (Kevin) Maughan, Lisa Helle, Melissa (Wes) Barnes, and Ronald E. (Alexis) Helle, Jr. and twelve great grandchildren.

Clara was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, George A. Candioto, and one great grandchild, Tyler Maughan.

Friends may call on Wednesday at the funeral home one hour before the service from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
