Boardman - Patrick Duggan, 63, passed away on Sunday August 6, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Mercy Health Center in Youngstown.

He was born on August 11, 1953 in Zanesville, Ohio a son of Thomas and Beatrice Timko Duggan.
